Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate liability and apply appropriate coverage to evaluate, negotiate, and settle moderately complex auto claims.
  • •Negotiate liability for comparative negligence and determine coverage concerns, including referrals to SIU when appropriate.
  • •Gather information from police reports, recorded statements, and witness statements to determine liability.
  • •Resolve claims through proactive problem-solving and decision-making within authority guidelines under moderate supervision.
  • •Document damage evaluation, investigation, negotiation, and settlement decisions; collaborate with internal and external partners to facilitate resolution.

Key Requirements
