Key Responsibilities

•Assist with development and sustainment of Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) documentation and tools, identifying challenges and CEA Program improvements.
•Conduct enhanced assessments and prepare reports identifying trends and significant discoveries; support root cause analysis and implementation plan development to mitigate risk.
•Provide cybersecurity support for self-inspection events as needed.
•Support the lifecycle of automated tools and scripts (requirements through sustainment), primarily using C#, PowerShell, and BASH.
•Support assessment-related reporting and automation workflows across multiple classified environments, including intermittent travel (20–30%).

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years experience.
•Experience supporting computer technologies (databases, operating systems, network hardware, protocols, security methodologies) and troubleshooting hardware/electronics.
•Experience with information system security tools for vulnerability analysis and mitigation (e.g., Splunk, Forcepoint, Ivanti, Tenable, ACAS, HBSS).
•IAM Level I certification (Security+ or other).
•Cybersecurity/systems security or system hardening experience, including security control accessor (SCA) and compliance-based auditing (RMF/DAAG/JSIG/NISPOM and similar standards).
