Program Director Project Raptor

Oversee and manage programs supporting the White House Communications Agency (WHCA) and Project RAPTOR, providing strategic oversight and execution in a high-stakes, onsite environment. Lead IT modernization efforts, develop standardization frameworks across operations and processes, and manage organizational change and stakeholder engagement. Oversee IT logistics operations, ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements, manage program risks and dependencies, and deliver executive briefings and regular status reporting.
