Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maximize revenue opportunities by maintaining and growing relationships with major MICE agents and associations.
  • •Build strong relationships with Convention Bureaus, Hotels, DMCs, and Tourism Offices to position Emirates as a leading MICE/Association carrier.
  • •Coordinate with the Global MICE team and channel/regional sales managers to manage strategic accounts and share opportunities across territories.
  • •Maintain a weekly sales call rate, update the weekly sales plan in Salesforce.com, and report call outcomes/actions.
  • •Implement marketing and sales plans with key accounts, monitor revenue results, and negotiate incentive/discount agreements.

Key Requirements

  • •12 years of schooling or equivalent.
  • •5 years’ experience in commercial/sales.
  • •Experience across all aspects of the airline/travel trade sales environment.
  • •Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • •Must be able to live and work in Angola; fluent spoken and written English.
