•Analyze user research findings and data insights, identify pain points, and incorporate feedback to enhance usability of key flows.

•Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field plus 3 years of experience in the role or related occupation.
•Alternative: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in a related field plus 5 years of experience in the role or related occupation.
•3+ years designing and iterating digital design components for user experiences.
•2+ years using data analytics and user research to inform and justify design rationale.
•2+ years applying experimentation methods (A/B testing, prototyping, usability testing) and implementing designs using frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
