Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive product vision and strategy by defining the long-term vision and short-term roadmap for the product suite.
  • •Act as the voice of the user by working closely with ML engineers, AI startups, and enterprise customers to uncover friction, gather requirements, and validate concepts.
  • •Build and scale the product organization by hiring, mentoring, and growing PMs, UI/UX designers, and technical writers.
  • •Align cross-functionally with Infrastructure and Engineering to ensure roadmaps are technically feasible, reliable, and delivered on time.
  • •Own platform and developer experience, and partner on pricing, packaging, and GTM to make the platform the fastest and most cost-effective path for training and running inference workloads.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading product teams managing other PMs and designers in hyper-growth environments.
  • •Deep experience building SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, or developer-facing products with strong cloud infrastructure, GPUs, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and AI/ML workflows knowledge.
  • •Technical fluency to partner with engineering and infrastructure leaders on backend architectures, API design, and distributed systems.
  • •Proven ability to turn ambiguous, complex problems into successfully shipped products with measurable business outcomes.
  • •Experience building remote-first culture, alignment, and momentum across distributed technical and commercial teams.
