•Own day-to-day business operations and keep the company running while it scales.
•Dig into cross-functional pain points, find root causes, and fix the underlying systems, not just the symptoms. You'll touch finance, hiring, customer success, and ops, often in the same week.
•Step into sales and GTM on short notice. Pitch decks, prospect pipelines, outbound messaging, collateral. Whatever the Sales/GTM/BD team needs to move faster.
•Build automations and kill manual work. You're AI-native and you treat every repetitive process as a problem to solve.
•Take on special projects that are high-value, loosely scoped, and need someone who can figure it out without being told how.
