Oversee day-to-day operations at third-party service centers and TPMs across the assigned region, ensuring compliance with CHEP standards and policies. Build relationships with external providers, use operational data and performance metrics to improve safety and productivity, and drive continuous cost and efficiency improvements. Monitor and manage service center expenditures and track Cost Per Pallet (CPP) performance, implementing corrective actions to meet cost targets and quality standards.
