Key Responsibilities

  • •Build relationships. Present, demonstrate, and support selling Esri software and solutions as part of the account team; lead technical meetings with enterprise-level decision makers to drive revenue.
  • •Be an expert. Serve as a technical leader of Esri technology and a subject matter expert in water, electric, gas and/or telecommunications; coach team members on best practices.
  • •Solve problems. Craft and propose GIS-enabled solutions that align with customers’ business needs and strategic goals.
  • •Tell our story. Design presentations for technical and non-technical audiences; provide configuration guidance and best practices; present at conferences and executive engagements.
  • •Understand/optimize architecture. Assess organization workflows and integrate Esri with third-party systems to deliver complex, value-driven solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with Esri technology creating maps, performing spatial analysis, and configuring web applications
  • •3+ years of experience in water, electric, gas and/or telecommunications
  • •Broad knowledge of ArcGIS from an IT context (hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, cloud computing)
  • •Demonstrated experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design
  • •Understanding of sales and business development processes
