Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop site EHS strategy and goals, including targets for the leadership and functional teams.
  • •Facilitate location risk assessments and drive EHS performance using leading and lagging indicators.
  • •Oversee EHS data processes (Benchmark and MESH Prism), manage EHS action items, and ensure training matrices are completed.
  • •Lead zero-incident safety culture initiatives and assign MESH element champions to sustain EHS ownership.
  • •Oversee EHS operational controls, review EHS impacts via Management of Change, and lead the site security program for employees, visitors, and customer provided material.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •5+ years of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • •1+ years of experience managing direct reports.
  • •Ability to travel up to 50% for the first 18-24 months in role.
