Independent Certifier Representative

Serve as the authorised representative of the Independent Certifier on major civil infrastructure projects, independently verifying and certifying work against contractual, statutory, and technical requirements. Own and lead design and construction certification processes, including implementation of the Verification & Monitoring Plan. Direct and be accountable for the Independent Certifier team’s performance, while overseeing surveillance, audits, and inspections across project phases with independence, probity, and professional judgement.
