Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive alignment and standardization of BKMs across various fabs.
  • •Develop and apply metrics to measure standardization and program effectiveness, identifying gaps and improving efficiency and productivity.
  • •Transform yield SEAL and SWATs to achieve FECOS missions and improve network resource/talent leverage.
  • •Apply organizational change management methods and tools to increase adoption speed and capture ROI.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally on yield reporting, data automation/visualization, metrics monitoring, and adoption tracking; manage safety and meeting effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and a related field of study.
  • •Proven ability to collaborate globally and influence through indirect leadership to drive resourcing for critical projects.
  • •Demonstrated capability to manage complexity and use resources effectively to provide clarity on required actions.
