Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop pre-season buying plans aligned with seasonal priorities, buying strategy, financial targets, market trends, and consumer insights.
  • •Analyze article-level performance to identify top-selling drivers and root causes of slow-moving products, and provide range feedback to BUs.
  • •Create assortment plans by store clusters and deliver article forecasts and order depth using confidence level and historical sell-out data.
  • •Support in-season late-add buy planning and order placement, chase high-performing articles, and track performance by franchise customer, region, and store format.
  • •Produce post-season insights, deliver timely reporting, and support trading recommendations and market trend inputs using KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s advanced degree and 4–7 years of experience in Retail/FMCG/Fashion, including 2–3 years of buying-related experience.
  • •Solid product merchandising and ability to work under intense timelines.
  • •Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability and ability to build useful models/tools.
  • •Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • •Good presentation and PPT skills, plus strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
