Key Responsibilities

•Manage client relationship by fostering long-term, mutually beneficial connections and acting as a trusted advisor to mid-level client touchpoints.
•Deliver small-to-mid complexity projects as a team member with zero re-work and high-quality output.
•Manage small-to-mid complexity projects by coordinating team members to plan and execute on-time delivery.
•Contribute to thought leadership for India via content development, research, white papers, roundtables, and client events.
•Support business development by identifying client sales opportunities, explaining proposed solutions, and customizing them based on feedback.

Key Requirements

•Full-time bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related discipline (HR, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Business Administration) or an MBA/PGDBM from a Tier 1/2/3 institute.
•1–5 years of relevant experience post master’s or 4–7 years after graduation in compensation & benefits, rewards strategy design, job evaluation, incentive design, skill gap analysis, organization restructuring, and talent management projects.
•Relevant pre-MBA experience in the role’s operating areas.
•Advanced Excel and analytics capability, with preferred data skills.
•Technical skills in R, VBA, macros, predictive analytics, statistical modelling, and linear regression (desirable).
