Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose equipment issues by pulling data across makes and models.
  • •Perform safe maintenance and repairs of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems with independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed on a daily basis.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians and support pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts as needed.
  • •When required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance and keep service vehicles clean and professional.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools.
  • •Have extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Provide superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Hold a high school diploma (trade school certificate preferred) with field service/maintenance/repair experience preferred.
  • •Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and meet safety-sensitive requirements (including drug screen and background check contingency).
