Key Responsibilities

•Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for how Tabs turns unstructured contracts into accurate, structured billing and revenue models
•Ensure contract data is structured correctly to power every downstream billing, revenue, and reporting workflow across the platform
•Define how contracts move through their lifecycle — processing, finalization, amendment, renewal, and termination — and build the workflows that make each step faster and more automated
•Push the boundary of what AI-powered extraction can handle: heavily redlined contracts, non-standard terms, amendment and commitment, and AI-driven contract feedback
•Conduct user research and competitive analysis to drive what we build — you'll set direction for this domain, not just execute against it

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 220,000 annually

•Strong systems thinking with the ability to reason about how data models and workflows interact across a platform
