Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop instructional materials including e-learning modules, job aids, and training manuals.
  • •Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging learning experiences.
  • •Create, curate, and edit/proofread high-quality content for multiple channels to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • •Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and validate content.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or a related field.
  • •Knowledge of a front-end language such as JavaScript, CSS, or HTML.
  • •Experience using visual design tools to produce mockups and style guides.
  • •Proficiency with Adobe design programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • •Knowledge of instructional design approaches such as ADDIE and SAM, and adult learning principles.
