Mortgage Sales Supervisor

Supervise the day-to-day loan origination activities for a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators. Ensure required documents are secured for processing, underwriting, and closing, and drive annual loan volume origination goals. Build referral relationships with real estate brokers, builders, and external sources, and participate in local mortgage, realtor, and builder associations. Recruit, interview, develop, and retain team members to grow customer relationships and additional product sales.
