Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical aspects of integration (configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, go-live) of our Security Solutions
  • •Analyze customer traffic as well as systems and customize Akamai security solutions to answer customers' security issues
  • •Collaborate with a cross-functional project team to scope, set timelines, create technical solutions, and support the implementation
  • •Participate in ongoing training initiatives to be up-skill yourself and train others
  • •Turn compliance guidelines into business requirements, technical specs and frameworks

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Web security deployment or in supporting Security solutions at an IT vendor
  • •Experience with customer-facing communication
  • •Ability to work proactively with a sense of urgency and a constant desire to learn
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills and be an accountable member of the team
  • •Fluency in Japanese and business-level English
