•Drive compliance and audit readiness by maintaining accurate records and supporting internal and external audits.
•Partner on payroll and time & attendance operations with Finance and Total Rewards to resolve issues and maintain strong controls.
•Build and scale Workday reporting and analytics dashboards to support business and operational decision-making.
•Improve People Ops workflows by leading cross-functional initiatives, enhancing the helpdesk, and designing scalable systems and data integrity.

Salary: USD 113,000 - 125,000 annually

•3–5+ years of experience in People Ops or HR operations in a fast-growing environment.
•Workday power user who can handle transactions, build reports, and proactively identify data issues.
•Experience with compliance, audits, payroll, and/or time & attendance systems.
•Systems thinker who enjoys improving processes and turning complex workflows into scalable solutions.
•Strong autonomy, organization, and clear communication across teams, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
