Flight Test Engineer responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and improving ground and flight test operations for Shield AI’s next‑gen aircraft system. Collaborates across engineering, operations, autonomy, systems integration, product support, and manufacturing to develop test plans, manage data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and readiness at test ranges and field sites.
