Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation of project ES&H strategies, programmes, and performance objectives.
  • •Monitor and assess contractor ES&H performance across multiple work fronts.
  • •Conduct site inspections, audits, and assurance to verify compliance with project requirements and legal obligations.
  • •Review high-risk construction activities and ensure effective controls are in place.
  • •Lead or support incident investigations and implement corrective actions, working with clients, contractors, and project teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.
  • •NEBOSH Diploma, CMIOSH, CSP, or an equivalent professional qualification (preferred).
  • •8–10 years of construction ES&H experience, ideally within data centres, industrial, infrastructure, or mission-critical projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction health and safety legislation, contractor management, and risk management principles.
  • •Proven experience working in large, multi-contractor construction environments with excellent stakeholder communication.
