Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and support application development and enhancement projects to gather market insights, conduct user research, and prioritize features.
  • •Elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical business requirements, including user stories, to enable automated and optimized technology solutions.
  • •Develop mockups and prototypes to validate requirements and gather stakeholder feedback.
  • •Create and execute unit, system, and integration test plans and cases for software releases, including data and web development validations.

  • •Support application integrations, including data flows, interface dependencies, and upstream/downstream system interactions.
  • •Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for enterprise-level application systems.
  • •Design and document system workflows and integrations using BPMN (or equivalent formal process-modeling framework).
