Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project QA/QC Manager or Sr. QA/QC Engineer in implementing the quality management system on site per the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
  • •Prepare and submit work inspection requests (WIRs) for construction activities and confirm they cover all site work with the consultant.
  • •Check incoming materials against project specifications and approved material submittals; inspect internally and raise NCRs for substandard materials.
  • •Monitor WIRs and test reports, update relevant stakeholders on job status, maintain records, and provide data in weekly progress meetings.
  • •Support QA/QC plan, method of statement, and test plan controls before and during the project; participate in HSE initiatives and incident reporting in line with IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years relevant QA/QC experience.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) and Integrated Management System (IMS) and implementing quality plans on site.
  • •Knowledge of quality standards/specifications such as ISO 9001, QCS, SMACNA, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
  • •Ability to handle QA reviews/inspections and QA audits with technical experience resolving QC issues.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field or Civil Engineering; plus UPDA MMUP Engineer Registration or Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) / ASQC certification (CQM/CQE).
