  • •Bachelor/Master’s degree in Chemical/Process/Control/Instrumentation Engineering or a closely related field.
  • •5 to 7 years relevant experience using Blending Applications tools.
  • •5 to 7 years customer technical support experience with the designated Advanced Applications.
  • •5 to 7 years industrial experience, including refinery processes (separation/reactors), process automation, and PID control.
  • •Demonstrated customer satisfaction focus and ability to resolve issues within an agreed Service Level.
