Community Banker

Deliver personalized client service by holding in-person and phone conversations to understand needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions. Open and maintain consumer and business accounts and investment/credit products, process consumer loan requests, and support small business lending as needed. Build relationships through outbound outreach, handle teller transactions when required, and refer clients to other lines of business while documenting activity in 360 View. Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
