Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the tender review and contract preparation activities for projects under company procedures.
  • •Monitor agreements and contracts to ensure contractual obligations are met to customer satisfaction after project award.
  • •Lead subcontractor administration and ensure subcontracts are contractually and commercially sound.
  • •Participate in contractual meetings with clients/consultants.
  • •Improve claim management processes, including recording templates and guidance to conclude extension of time and other claims.

  • •Manage tender review and contract preparation activities, including analyzing and evaluating proposed terms and conditions.
  • •Provide guidance on preparation of extension of time and other claims, and successfully conclude claims.
  • •Develop standards for contracts, including budget, payment terms, and contract language/provisions.
  • •Reduce contractual risk by ensuring subcontract terms and conditions are sound and reducing incidents of contract claims.
  • •Support commercial team awareness of employer terms and conditions to identify and prosecute potential claims.
