Contracts Manager (QA)

Manage tender review and contract preparation activities for projects, analyzing and evaluating proposed contract terms and conditions. Monitor agreements covering how the company provides or subcontracts products/services to clients, ensuring contractual obligations are met after project award. Lead subcontractor administration, support contractual meetings, and guide extension of time and claim preparation while reducing contract claims and identifying contractual risk areas, including improving claim management processes.
