Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute the overarching growth strategy to achieve aggressive daily ad spend targets (targeting $100k+ USD/day) and optimize for UA and LTV.
•Direct high-budget UA campaigns across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads (Search, Display, App Campaigns, YouTube) with a balanced channel mix.
•Manage multi-million dollar budgets with autonomy, shifting spend to high-performers and pausing underperforming initiatives for maximum ROI and scale.
•Identify, test, and launch new UA channels from scratch to expand reach and sustain growth.
•Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams to discover growth levers and optimize conversion funnels.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of senior performance marketing experience with a proven track record of scaling UA budgets to $100k+ USD daily

•Proven ability to identify and scale new acquisition channels from the ground up
•Strong analytical rigor with experience building attribution models and deriving action from unit economics
•Experience in mobile apps, fintech, or gaming is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of retention and monetization dynamics
