Job Summary

Manage purchasing and replenishment of retail stock, maintain stock levels within budget, and ensure accurate inventory systems. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, matching PO specs, tracking stock movements, managing returns and storeroom organization, and coordinating with store operations on damaged stock and safety procedures to support efficient store performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure inventory and stock management systems are maintained and updated accurately within defined parameters.
•Receive delivered supplies and confirm they match purchase order specifications; complete all necessary paperwork for stock items received.
•Manage all stock movements in and out; maintain a complete log to ensure stocks align with transfer documents.
•Maintain stock levels within agreed parameters; scan stock received/delivered and highlight discrepancies to ensure proper logging.
•Conduct weekly cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory to support accurate stock records.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a similar role
•Product/category knowledge
