Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure inventory and stock management systems are maintained and updated accurately within defined parameters.
  • •Receive delivered supplies and confirm they match purchase order specifications; complete all necessary paperwork for stock items received.
  • •Manage all stock movements in and out; maintain a complete log to ensure stocks align with transfer documents.
  • •Maintain stock levels within agreed parameters; scan stock received/delivered and highlight discrepancies to ensure proper logging.
  • •Conduct weekly cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory to support accurate stock records.
