Task Area Program Manager

Lead and manage a specific task area within an enterprise IT mission, delivering endpoint engineering services and improving service delivery and response times for Department customers. Oversee technical staff and project managers, ensuring requirements alignment with business lines across a large global footprint (desktops, laptops, and mobile endpoints). Use secure endpoint technology stack tools and provisioning/patch management platforms to sustain a high-performing environment, including secure voice/video and VDI capabilities.
