Universal Banker (Saturdays Required) - Pembroke

Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of funds and records. Deliver a high-quality client experience by identifying client needs, educating customers on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), and supporting outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management activities. Cross-trained to support retail sales and service, help with new account openings and problem resolution, follow internal controls, and participate in retail leadership routines, training, and product knowledge.
