Key Responsibilities

•Develops new relationships and identifies prospects, and develops the marketing strategy for specific clients.
•Manages complex wealth management banking credit and treasury management client relationships and identifies opportunities external to banking in the areas of investment and fiduciary.
•Structures and negotiates complex loan and/or lease agreements according to guidelines established by senior bank and business unit management.
•Analyzes and negotiates loan terms, such as pricing conditions, interest rates, Swaps, etc., and Oversees documentation preparation for financing agreements.
•Advises and consults with clients as it relates to Goals Driven Wealth Management and leads others to solve complex problems.

Salary: USD 158,010 - 268,640 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of financial analysis and client servicing experience, or commercial lending or leasing experience.
•Advanced knowledge of the banking industry, competition and financing, and knowledge of investments, trust and financial consulting concepts.
•Skills in negotiation, leadership and sales, and excellent oral and written communication.
•Ability to lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
•Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and cross-sell opportunities through COIs.
