Job Summary

Own user acquisition end to end for a permissionless onchain trading platform—driving net new traders from first traffic through funded accounts and first trades. Lead channel discovery and arbitrage across SEO, lifecycle email, paid social, creator and influencer programs, community partnerships, and regional growth in LATAM/SEA/MENA. Build SEO and content programs, lifecycle retention journeys, paid acquisition testing, and funnel analytics with GA4/Amplitude/Mixpanel to run a rigorous experimentation cadence.

Key Responsibilities

•Own net new user acquisition across the funnel: traffic, signups, funded accounts, and first trades.
•Discover, test, and scale new acquisition channels, including SEO, lifecycle email, paid social, TikTok/YouTube creators, Reddit/Telegram communities, podcasts, and referral/affiliate programs.
•Build and manage a trader-focused creator/influencer program using YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram creators; source, negotiate, brief, and measure performance.
•Create and run SEO and content strategy from scratch, including keyword strategy, programmatic pages, comparison content, educational hubs, and link building.
•Run lifecycle marketing and funnel experimentation to drive long-term retention and first deposit through segmentation, automated triggers, win-back campaigns, and deposit flows.

Key Requirements

•2+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally in crypto, consumer fintech, or trading platforms.
•Deep expertise in at least two growth channels (e.g., scaling paid search/paid social or building a UGC program).
•Experience building a growth function from zero-to-one: selecting channels, implementing tools, running experiments, and delivering measurable results.
•Strong analytical skills and comfort using GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and attribution tools/platforms.
•Ability to write—creating ad copy, landing pages, creator briefs, and email campaigns without relying on a copywriter.
