Poultry Processing Supervisor

Supervise poultry processing production line/department personnel to ensure procedures are followed and compliance with HACCP, SSOPs, GMP, and USDA/OSHA regulations. Manage staffing, scheduling, daily reporting, and production targets while driving efficiencies, waste reduction, and continuous improvement. Partner with Quality Assurance to maintain a food-safe, sanitary environment, mentor and coach employees, and administer performance improvement and discipline. Promote safety initiatives and coordinate across shifts.
