•Build and foster client relationships by proactively reaching out and following up, learning about financial needs and banking channel preferences.
•Provide counseling by assessing needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information, and recommending deposit and loan solutions.
•Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products, and educate clients on emerging self-service options.
•Deliver an optimal client experience by greeting clients, processing basic transactions, opening consumer and business accounts, and completing service requests.
•Submit credit applications and work collaboratively with branch team members and partners to serve clients with operational excellence and accuracy.

Key Requirements
