Key Responsibilities

•Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution across product, hiring, licensing, partnerships, market launch, and daily operating rhythm.
•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams and ensure follow-ups.
•Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers across functions.
•Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
•Identify execution gaps and close them by owning urgent business problems that don’t fit one department.

Key Requirements

•High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
•Clear writer and structured thinker with strong follow-through.
•Able to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
•Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities.
•Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments (advantage).
