Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the plant by leading Daily Management Systems, improving reliability across mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic equipment, and advancing digital tools. Partner cross-functionally to analyze key performance indicators, prioritize improvements, and lead structured problem solving. Independently manage small projects and support capital initiatives tied to safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Develop employee capability and provide direct oversight of assigned team members.
