  • •Maximize equipment availability and utilization; analyze breakdown trends and perform root cause analysis for recurring failures.
  • •Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot complex equipment issues; lead complex repairs, commissioning, and technical interventions.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading teams of service engineers and technicians.
  • •Strong exposure to customer-facing roles, contract management, and fleet performance improvement.
