Production Coordinator - Part Time/Seasonal

Coordinate the technical, personnel, and financial aspects of show and event productions to support successful event execution. Maintain production department manuals, training materials, inventories, and vendor records, while tracking budgets and completing daily show P&L reconciliations. Assist with scheduling staff within labor-cost guidelines, manage interdepartmental communications, help oversee stage/sound/lighting crews, and ensure safe operation and organized documentation for past shows.
