Key Responsibilities

•Lead and execute the Construction & Trades secular shift go-to-market strategy across North America, expanding partnerships, channels, footprint, and market share.
•Partner cross-functionally across Commercial and New Payment Flows to cross-sell solutions and commercialize segment initiatives.
•Collaborate with Account and Business Development teams to engage clients, identify opportunities, build pipeline, and close deals.
•Drive commercialization execution with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Franchise, and Customer Delivery, ensuring segment narrative and customer-centric positioning.
•Track and manage pipeline performance using SFDC and commercialization tools; lead or co-lead key client negotiations and ensure segment incentives are included.
