Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain performance dashboards, reporting views, and recurring analyses tracking vendor delivery across quality, productivity, SLA, cost, risk, and operational health.
  • •Use SQL and analytical tools to investigate performance trends, identify root causes behind metric movement, and produce business-ready insights.
  • •Conduct regular vendor performance reviews, surfacing risks, opportunities, and recommended action plans for internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational priorities, define success metrics, and ensure analytics supports business decision-making.
  • •Develop structured performance improvement plans using data findings, including issue diagnosis, action tracking, owner alignment, and follow-up mechanisms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Experience in vendor management analysis, partner operations, business operations, performance analysis, or a similar analytical operations role.
  • •Strong SQL skills to extract, clean, join, and analyze data independently.
  • •Experience building dashboards or automated reporting with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Superset, Excel, or similar BI platforms.
  • •Proven performance analysis experience, including metric monitoring, trend diagnosis, root-cause analysis, and performance improvement recommendations.
