Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics (conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture).
  • •Provide a consistent superior client experience and build strong client relationships through outstanding service.
  • •Coach with the store team by practicing continuously, giving constructive feedback, and embodying company core values.
  • •Manage personal timecards for payroll accuracy and complete assigned tasks by deadlines.
  • •Follow visual merchandising and cleanliness standards and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
