  • •Analyze closure-related warranty performance, service records, repair trends, and issue occurrence across configurations, suppliers, production dates, and manufacturing locations.
  • •Lead closure-related field issue management from identification through resolution, including corrective action planning and follow-up validation via field monitoring.
  • •Improve perceived quality and customer satisfaction by driving root-cause investigations and recommending updates to inspection methods, diagnostics, repair procedures, manufacturing controls, and quality processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •6+ years of automotive experience in Field Quality, Vehicle Engineering, Body Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, or Service Engineering.
  • •Strong understanding of automotive closure systems, body structures, sealing systems, and exterior quality requirements.
  • •Experience investigating fit and finish concerns, water leaks, wind noise, squeak and rattle issues, and closure functionality.
  • •Strong warranty-data, service-information, and manufacturing-quality analysis skills with excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication.
