Key Responsibilities

•Create, review, and initiate process improvement and modification designs, including mass/energy balances, equipment selection, and utility requirements.
•Collaborate with consulting engineers and engineering teams to define operating conditions, equipment specifications, and control system design.
•Define project scope aligned to business and operational requirements and prepare cost estimates and CAPEX proposal packages for approval.
•Execute project planning and controls to meet cost, time, scope, and quality targets.
•Oversee safe construction, installation verification, control system programming, and commissioning; coordinate with safety, quality, and operational stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
•Experience in food and beverage, chemical manufacturing, or field design from engineering firms.
•Preference for experience in the food industry.

•Ability to manage multiple capital projects in a plant environment under pressure; fluent English communication.
