Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and facilitate the full Scrum lifecycle for technical teams, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • •Partner with task managers, product owners, and individual contributors to tailor Agile ceremonies and ways of working.
  • •Identify and remove impediments early, protect the team from scope creep, and keep commitments realistic and achievable.
