Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first point of contact for onsite visitors, directing or guiding internal/external customers and vendors as appropriate.
  • •Assist customers at the front counter with dealer registration, including document review, scanning/uploading, and internal system updates, plus issuing bidder badges and gate passes.
  • •Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare and send customer statements, invoices, titles, and related auction documents.
  • •Review, scan, upload, and distribute documents and reports, and accurately enter/update information in internal databases; reconcile P-card transactions.
  • •Process customer payments (check, ACH/EFT, wire; no cash handling), verify floor plan payments, make outbound calls for payment status, and support SOX compliance audits and reporting.
