Job Summary

Design, implement, and support VDI and application delivery virtualization solutions for large enterprise environments. Serve as an escalation point, coordinate technical activities to meet KPIs and deadlines, and troubleshoot complex configurations across Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft Hyper-V. Maintain support documentation and knowledge bases, follow ITIL/change management processes, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as an escalation point for support-related activities.
•Coordinate technical activities on specific accounts and ensure KPI and deadlines are met.
•Design and implement complex VDI/app delivery virtualization projects.
•Support complex system configurations and standards for Citrix, VMware, and MS Hyper-V platforms.
•Provide support for technical issues, maintain documentation, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of IT infrastructure technical implementation experience.
•7+ years of engineering and/or support experience with x86 offerings such as VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix.
•Advanced experience engineering and supporting highly available Citrix environments (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and/or Citrix DaaS); CCA preferred.
•5+ years of experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.
•In-depth knowledge of on-premise hypervisors (vSphere, XenServer, Microsoft Hyper-V) and SQL; strong storage and enterprise datacenter technology knowledge, including networking and security.
