Medical Lab Technologist (UAE National only)

Independently perform laboratory procedures or work under senior supervision, conducting specimen analysis to identify normal and abnormal components. Capture and maintain accurate lab results in computer systems, operate and calibrate laboratory equipment, and provide findings to physicians according to SOP. Support quality and safety by following infection control, QA processes, and clinical audit requirements, while supervising junior staff when needed and assisting with education and training activities.
