Architect

Lead architectural design governance and technical quality for complex projects, reviewing designs against regulations, standards, and guidelines. Provide technical leadership to project teams and designers, develop BIM-optimized design standards, and manage BIM workflows like model coordination, clash detection, and change management. Identify and mitigate design risks, coordinate across stakeholders, and liaise with statutory/local authorities to secure design approvals while ensuring QMS and project life-cycle compliance.
