Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive profitable delivery of Brand Performance work for assigned projects and revenue targets (about $1–5M).
  • •Contribute to new business opportunities to maintain and grow the Brand Performance book of business.
  • •Lead small to mid-size accounts and manage project day-to-day for larger, complex, high-demand accounts.
  • •Design research and ensure quality delivery from junior staff across survey design, sampling, specs, and deliverables.
  • •Manage downline utilization and coach account teams to address performance gaps, while planning complex engagements and supporting team culture.
